Q: What's the difference between performance based training and regular gym training?
A. Performance based training is based on achieving increased output. Making a person faster, jump higher, lift more weight etc. Regular gym training is focused on the aesthetics, I want to be toned, I want to look thinner, most people that "workout" don't care about how well they perform is all about looks. There is a huge difference between looking the part, and being the part.
